For the true taste of California's Wine Country, try our Merlot Varietal Vinegar. Made with Merlot Wine, a tablespoon of this luscious dark red vinegar has Zero calories, fat, sodium, and sugar! Perfect for splashing on a salad or in a sauce.

White Balsamic Vinegar is the balsamic of choice when you want the flavor but not the color of a fine balsamic vinegar in a sauce or vinaigrette. Both of these fine vinegars are bottled in 250 ml square glass bottles. Creating cold pressed olive oil and vinegar dressing combinations with balsamic vinegars is amazing fun and when you use fancy vinegar and olive oil dispensers it virtually becomes an art.

Chef's Q-Tips Balsamic Vinaigrettes are all the rage and for a delicious reason!  It is sweet, tangy, and compliments so many dishes.  For a new twist on this classic dressing, whisk in a tablespoon or two of our delicious Roasted Tomato & Balsamic Dipping Sauce.  This versatile sauce can be brushed on grilled chicken or fish, thinned with EVOO and then drizzled on vegetables, or used as a pasta toss.  If you love lemon pepper as much as I do, then give my healthier 'blend' a try!  In a little jar, combine delicious, crunchy Lemon Sea Salt - a blend of Mediterranean Sea Salt and lemon peel and Three Lemon Pepper.  It is so scrumptious - you'll find yourself using it over and over again.  Great on grilled chicken, fish, baked potatoes, and egg dishes.
